- Good value theatre. Bar service can be slow so arrive early to allow time to get served. Choose seats where you can be first out for your interval drinks too.
- M Aldoss ♏June 12, 2022Cozy theater, very friendly staff.. most of the seats have a good stage view 👍🏼
- Great value west end theatre. The quality of shows is highly variable many of which should be seen after a drink or two.
- MonikaMarch 9, 2016Lovely theatre, great acts & dedicated staff. Richard Herring pretty much lives here so a big favourite in my book. :-)
- Never miss Austentatious, who improvise an entire Jane Austen novel based on a title given he the audience. They perform monthly on Sunday nights. Keep an eye out for other big stand-up acts.
- Jon CurnowNovember 27, 2013There are bars either side of the main stage inside the main auditorium. Great venue although not much waiting room so be prepared to queue to get in.
- Saw Rich Hall here and really enjoyed him would definitely visit this place again
- Paul KellyFebruary 1, 2014Thanks to the box office staff I got tickets to see Frank Skinner & Bill Bailey tonight. They phoned me as soon as returns came in. They are credit to the venue.
- Possibly the best Theatre in London for comedy. A great range of some of the best stand ups and pretty reasonably priced tickets too.
- Lef GermenlisJuly 3, 2023It’s a cute little theatre. Definitely fun to watch some stand up comedy up close
- Ann MarieApril 9, 2011Never heard of Doug Stanhope before but he was hilarious, I have seen a couple of comedians here and it is a great venue. The bar is in the same room so you don't miss any of the acts.
- Mike BarnardOctober 10, 2015Small but effective, a regular testing ground for comedians ahead of major shows.
- Marta GranéNovember 9, 2013Sex guru is pretty average, easy jokes and most of the time answering questions! Recommended for straight couples.
- Time Out LondonMarch 28, 2012The main stage and particularly the basement space here are regularly home to cabaret work.
- Solveig OskAugust 29, 2011Get seats in the slips, they're much better than most the seats in the main area. Read more
- Tansy BlueOctober 12, 2014Not much of a rake in the main house, so if you're short sit near the front.
- Dan Pursey1March 21, 2010Great comedy at the weekends, always worth dropping by, there's always something good on here.
- Matt DanielsNovember 27, 2011Go see Stewart Lee's 'carpet remnant world' the thinking man's comedian. Highly recommended!

- Maria KarpovaJune 7, 2013Disappointed about Rico the Zombie show. Expected to see smth more trashy and heavier stuff. And no pics after the show as the staff told us :(
- Go see Richard Herring in Christ on a Bike. It's brilliant!
- Philip RogersOctober 8, 2011Rat infested shit hole, with obnoxious staff, who don't care about customers!
