Difficult to find things as there's so many different options to choose from!
It's huge! Relatively cheap, but a bit grimey and not always the nicest selection.
Go early or late. Is horrendous at busy times. Think Jeremy Kyle the live show.
Cheap stuff for a lot of items. Come here for the veg and household stuff ie detergents, etc but not meat and fish. Cheese and cold cuts selection is ok on a budget. Go to Waitrose for meats and fish.

Not truly open 24 hours. Upstairs is closed from 00:00 to 06:00. This closure isn't posted anywhere except in-store.
The changing rooms aren't open when the sale is on
Used to be able to put your basket down while you shopped. Now it's picked up and re-shelved. Sucks.
Don't even consider this place. The queues are longer that the BA checkin queues at LHR just before Xmas...
