Beware the stairs of Doom! 3 flights of stairs you sail down on the way in and dread to climb after you've exhausted yourself in the gym..but you've got no choice and climb you must to get out!

Amazing Swimming pool (one of the largest at Virgin Active in London), lack of Spa facilities (small hydro bath apart Jacuzzi), but gym part is great from all views!

Refurb virtually complete and the gym equipment is brand spanking new. Check out the new classes, including anti-gravity yoga and Puma HIIT. Poolside sauna and steamroom very nice too!

A lift would be lovely! The stairway is cramped and inadequate given a lot of other gyms have them if they aren't at ground level! Other than that, a stunning place to workout

Amazing swimming pool, yes. However, their published club rule (55a), which requires people to shower before entering the pool and spa area, is never enforced.

Ignore the other tip! Gym has been substantially upgraded. A little on the small side but otherwise totally fine, good new machinery etc and never unbearably crowded
