Just outside the station is a great little paper shop which also sells anything to fulfil your snacking needs- The chocolate croissants on platform 1 are fairly special! (served at peak time during the week)

Getting out of the station is a nightmare - take some time to work out which doors will get you nearest to stairs. Really really sad, but incredibly beneficial!

For interchange at clapham junction, wait by the last digital information sign at Barclays Bank end of Platform 1.
Sadly is no longer an independent cafe selling sausage sarnies but a Nero :(
Don't buy a ticket here on Monday morning, the queues are immense, buy your ticket in advance.

Looks like Cafe Nero are moving into the coffee shops located on,the platforms
the coffee at cafe chaud is too hot and burnt. stick to tea.
