You can get trains to Clapham and Victoria very regular from here. You can also catch the tram between New Addington and Wimbledon from here. AMT coffee is a great place to get coffee.

Extremely busy on peak time. Easy connections with London Bridge and London Victoria. But since the change on the timetable in June 2018, the stations in between are served with less trains.
AMT coffee stall. The one place you can actually buy a coffee rather than americano or daily brew or some other equally shite name. Also, it's small medium and large rather than tall, grande etc!
Ask people for help on the platform as the call button machine just keeps ringing and no one answers and make sure to stand bear zig zag lines as trains only stop there
If you're heading towards London, check the number of coaches of your train & check the first carriage stop position along the platform so you can travel at the front and be first at London exit gates
Be prepared to queue if you're buying something from WH Smith. There is no fast payment facility for newspapers and you'll be delayed whilst they try and upsell giant Galaxy bars to other customers.
Constant vigilance required: platform changes are frequent, last minute and often require running over 'don't run' signs. Plus staff are clueless/don't care
First/last chance to use contactless payment or Oyster cards - it's often cheaper to buy tickets to/from here and just to use a contactless payment card within London.
