This place is a quiet gem. The pretzel was so so good, and you get two with one order so that’s a bonus. The wine list is the perfect amount of variety without being overwhelming. Great service too!

The Ardesia kitchen slathers toast with bacon, quail eggs, and an obscene amount of foamy hollandaise. It packs all the flavor and goop of a BEC without all the heaviness. Read more

Ardesia is a true midtown utility spot. Wine and small plates in a non-cheesy environment is exactly the setup you need. Add to that its reasonable prices, friendly service, and outdoor seating.

Good wine by the glass selection. Interior is cozy and romantic, perfect for dates. Menu is mostly small sharable plates. Visit for the wine, not necessarily a dining destination.

Short wine selection. The kitchen is not properly exhausted so there is an intense smell of cooking fumes throughout the restaurant which makes the enjoyment of wine a little less enjoyable.

Solid wine selection and an unassuming locale in Hell's Kitchen make this quiet spot great for dates or just kind of getting away from the bustle.

You must try the Charles Morrow - fall wine cocktail - wonderful rich mix of Madeira, rosemary Vermouth, smoked wormwood bitters. Served w a sprig of fresh rosemary. Mmmmmmm done.

Really nice service and small plates here. And reasonable prices! It has a modern vibe but I like the atmosphere. Cheers!

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere here! I would recommend the pastrami sandwich -- very delicious. Quail Egg dish was too salty for me.

Grub Street off-menu drink: Faux-Bloody Mary. "There's no vodka served at this westside wine bar. Instead, the staff infuses dry sherry with jalapeño & combines it with pimenton-spiked tomato juice."

This sleek bar boasts a two-story wine wall. Don’t cheat yourself out of a perfect experience. Try a Bordeaux. It will be perfect whether you’re on the patio or in the lounge. You won’t be sorry.

This place is great! For those if us who work in midtown this is a great way to catch a drink locally while getting out of midtown madness! Great wine menu and delicious small plates!

Great champagne rose & prosecco, friendly staff & comfie table by the window with good view of the space & people. Love the atmosphere & drinks, food is too salty for me though. Cheers to Ardesia! s

Grab a table outside and enjoy $6 glasses of wine during happy hour. Then snack on the Homemade NY Style Pretzels and delicious Artisanal Cheeses. Service is excellent but slow.

Ardesia's giving the city's foodies a delicious reason to visit Hell's Kitchen. Savor a glass of Hungarian wine, and try the spicy duck banh mi--it's giving a whole new meaning to finger food.

At this Hell’s Kitchen wine bar, the ice cream sandwiches are created with dense chocolate cake and a variety of ice cream flavors. Each sandwich is individually wrapped in paper.

Get the quail egg toast - decadent and comforting at the same time. Also try the cauliflower - they add breadcrumbs to give it texture.
