- Caroline O'HareJanuary 22, 2013Elevators take forever & there's always a line of people waiting. give yourself an extra 10 mins to get upstairs to the doctors. Then take the stairs down to avoid another long wait after your appt.
- Matt YouhMarch 26, 2014Dr. Phyllis Kwok, MD responsible for false claims and falsely billing patients for no services rendered. My debit card was also hacked and funds drained after my single visit
- The reception and office staff are fairly unprofessional. Be prepared for chaos.
- The phone messages fall into the black hole of Calcutta you need to be vigilant . I think they do this on purpose to force a paying office visit!!!
