Jung KimJanuary 30, 2019Gym equipments are old as well as the whole hotel facility. But a day stay is allowed here 9am-6pm.
Generally good rooms, large lobby, fast elevators, frequent shuttle service. Slow internet, though.
Nice hotel. Definitely 4 star, welcoming, great staff & even has recycling bins in every room! Only cons are no free wifi & way overpriced bar/restaurant. Will stay here again when flying out of ATL.

When you arrive, if you'd like to self-park, don't follow the signs to the self park lot. Unload at curbside drop-off, then follow the signs to self-park. Otherwise its a lot of stairs to climb!- The Westin is a business hotel not a luxury collection and us overflow parking for the airport. Don't know why everyone is complaining when downtown it's over $30 bucks. People just need to research

Not really close to any restaurants, so no car is a problem. especially The hotel has No free parking.
A GSeptember 10, 2017They gave us a room that wasn't clean. We had to go down to the lobby to get another one. Very expensive parking 20 usd per day even if you're paying for a room.

KhalidDecember 31, 2015The staff is not cooperating. There was a maintenance starts at the dawn, and I couldn't sleep. Bottom line, the place is great but the staff attitude and noises made it the worst stay ever..

Don't be fooled by the 'Lobby Entrance' from self park. It's a hassle. Down some steps then up more stairs to get to the front desk.

Typical, mediocre Westin. The treadmill setup in the fitness center wins extra points for awfulness - if you’re above 6’, you risk hitting your head on this inset ceiling they have.

- Very nice hotel, but expect to pay a high price for everything. Little coffee shop/faux Starbucks behind the elevator is pretty good, but again it's expensive.

Don't check in at 330am.... Because you can't until 345am :( the system backup is running!!!
