Lloyd GJanuary 6, 2017One of smaller locations, but the huge windows on both sides of the store let in a ton of natural light. Very quiet during the week.
Best Apple Store in Long Island, great hours. For the best quality service, make an appointment before you come in so you are seen seamlessly. Come on time for your appointment. :)
Kenji MapesNovember 3, 2010If you can't make it to the Soho NYC store, this is the one to hit hit. It has mire of a "locals" vibe instead of one of tourist trapish Apple stores like 5th Ave. Quick customer service.

Sam YangSeptember 11, 2014Rudest and most incompetent Apple store in NY. Was Great when first opened, but current Mgr has killed Apple and cultivated a Best Buy experience. AVOID. Other Apple stores are better.

Ads DigsMarch 21, 2019Walked in and was told I could be seen in 25 to 30 minutes. Received a text to return after 10 minutes, then had to wait 20 to be seen. Julian QuiterioDecember 22, 2012Idiots here couldn't even fix my phone. They said they swap out phones that have a headphone jack broken off inside the phone. And they fish out the piece Bc it might 'endanger' their employees'.

They replace earbuds that stop working . This us why I buy apple products. Great customer service!
