Barista will not call when your drink is ready. He'll just set it on the counter with no marking or anything and assume you'll figure it out. Employees at OTC location rock!!
As the current Mayor (8-5-2010), I'd like to Welcome everyone to my Starbucks. Love the fact that we have 5-6 glasses of cold H20 on the counter during hot summer days.
Staff is friendly but my drink has gotten messed up multiple times and service is slow compared to other locations

No bathroom, which can be very unpleasant, so I'll not use this store to meet people (ever try creating a good meeting w people that need to use rhe toilet but can't?)
