Jason BooneJuly 11, 2012I just had the BEST Starbucks experience I've ever had. In and out quickly, even during Wednesday Rush hour. Today's staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you Starbucks!!
Staff is hard working but with all the crazies in the neighborhood they have their hands full!
Morning weekday crew here is consistently on point.
They are busy, and I won't fault them for trying to stay sane in the process. They forgot about me, but were apologetic and gave me a coupon. They're nice, but busy.
I like that they have a RECYCLING bin on the right side of the door though :-)

Don't be rude and interrupt the workers conversations with friends by trying to order coffee

If you want to save yourself time & aggravation, do yourself a favor and walk to the Starbucks on 16th and U. Consistently the slowest, poorest, and rudest service of any Starbucks you've ever been to
You'll have to travel to Spain to find slower service at a Starbucks. No really; it's bad.
Inexcusably bad service at times. Be prepared to repeat your order, tolerate disinterest, and remind them you bought something.
