    This place is in walking distance to dozens of fun places, resturaunts, museums, parks, coffee shops, a library, UST etc. just beware it will be demoed before too long now. Watch the LARPers.

    Don't park in the resident spots in the horseshoe unless you want to pay $218.30 and have someone drive you to Bellaire to pick your car up.
