Colin HainesAugust 20, 2014A beautiful park to explore because it so huge. Plenty of space and places to ride bikes and go jogging in the spring and summer, as well as picnics. Links to local tram transportation here too!- I love this park. Enjoyed it from childhood. Nice to see that it's being used by plenty of locals. Great place to go for a good bike ride, particularly in the Spring and Summer. They have nice lakes that are worth checking, and you can make your way to Tooting! Its a very connected park.

Look out for the turtles in the water when on the bridge!

LondonistApril 30, 2011Good place to take the kids for some splashy fun in the River Wandle. Then follow the River Wandle Trail for a pleasant stroll.
Beautiful is this weather. Freshly cut, wild patches left for the wildlife. Streams and river running wild.
You can treat the park as a hub, as it links Morden, Phipp's Bridge tram station and Merton Abbey Mills by nice scenic walks

Morden Hall Park is a National Trust park located on the banks of the River Wandle in Morden, south London. It covers over 50ha of parkland with the River Wandle meandering through it spanned by numerous foot bridges.
