Concierge is very helpful. The cafe has kids menus, and in general the hotel is child friendly. We had a good sized room that accommodated four of us readily.

Best hotel ever! Amazing rooms, incredible breakfast and also, it is extremely close to the Eiffel Tower! Really impressed by it. Novotel was perfection!

The Novotel Paris Tour Eiffel is always understaffed. In the few times I've stayed at this property, they always seem to have only 1 or 2 people working at the front desk while a long queue waits.

There's simply not enough room to describe how awful my experience here was. Some of the staff, particularly the manageress at the breakfast room, should NOT be working in the HOSPITALITY industry.

I will never again stay at a novotel again! We had a suite with 4 people. I expect 4 towels! We got 2 after check in, everyday i had to call and ask for 2 extra towel. We were here 5 nights.

Nice hotel (more so that I was expecting) clean and updated rooms as well as friendly staff...elevators seem a bit delayed later in the evenings though.

Rooms aren't air conditioned. Rang to reception and they sent up a guy with a fan! Not ideal for 3 nights. Nice hotel otherwise, great location

Excellent room, free wifi in lobby, grooup check in in down stair, lobby in 2nd floor. Use porter for group is better

On the reception no smile and personnel is pretty aggressive, English is bad.In the room the child bad is not prepared, staff which came was pretty friendly, but speaking half English/half French!!!

It is not one of Paris attractions but, by the breakfast line, it seems like... plan to have breakfast 1 hour in advance, cause it will take a very long time.

Lack of personality, rude staff, I had a complaint and the guy that before spoke perfect English with me suddenly forgot everything. Nice hotel, but awful staff and very impersonal

Still complaining. I will never stay at a novotel again. We asked for extra regular coffee. We never got it. Instead of extra, we got none. Everyday, we had to call and get coffee. And no towels.

No wifi in the room. Hotels such as this need to realize that more people are traveling with IPads, not laptops. Should be a simple operation to add this and get to the 21st century.

Mega hotel. Os quartos são amplos e bem melhores do que parece no site. A vista do rio Sena é sensacional. Está praticamente do lado da torre Eiffel e perto de bons restaurantes e bares...
