This place is my personal favorite YMCA to go to. Well lit, good layout and I've never had a truly long wait when I'm there to do elliptical or use free weights.
- Great place overall but if you're not into crowds avoid the m-f 4 to 6:30 rush and 8:30-12 on Saturday mornings

BLT with Chip is no joke. If you're looking to tone and strengthen your lower body, this is the class for it. I love it!

The ARC trainers in the new expansion have iPod video out to the machine's screen. Movies while working out!- Ahh bliss. Relax and Renew Yoga with Allison. New session starts next week and I'm ready! Namaste.
Never anyone here because they've all switched to the Y off the highway. :]- Just watched a TRX personal training session. Yes I said watched but I'm now excited to try it.
