People dont understand stars for hotels. Its not quality! Its what they offer (elevator, beakfast, privat toilet, shower, bath, etc). This is a good hotel for its price! Specially the location!

Really nice location to explore the Old Town. The breakfast is good and variously. Room was really not a 4 star. Parking garage across the street. Considering the location it was a bargain.

The hotel is old but renovated. We loved the staff and lication is perfect, and also breakfast is with variette of food. Even it is not making a great discomfort, just bit more to upgrade is needed

Nice hotel. The room I was in had a/c and the bed was comfortable. It had a mini fridge and a safe to leave your valuables. The breakfast was very nice and it keeps you for the rest of the day.

Honestly doesnt deserve a 4 stars hotel. All furniture are old expect the bed which is comfortable. wifi is really slow and hard to connect.Lastly staffs doesnt really know how to serve clients.

Nice and cosy hotel with great location in the midle of the Bruxelles. Wifi in the rooms,tasty brekfast and organised transfer to airport.

Horrible service (rude staff), dated hotel and noisy rooms (in some of the rooms the internet just doesn’t work and it it recorrent as it can be seen on tripadvisor and others). Location is ok.

I had my laptop, mobile phone and speaker stolen inside of the room of the hotel. They never found it and just said “so sorry”. It was clear Pour brakfast. The staff is unpolite.

For the price and location it is OK, but the hotel is very outdated. The breakfast is poor and does not worth 7,50 euros.

As of Jan 2015 WiFi works in my room (4th floor) with no problem. Nice spacious rooms. Front desk staff could learn to be polite and what customer service really means...

Pros: wifi, location. Cons: indifferent staff, room is ok by 80s standards. This should be a two star hotel.

The location of hotel is good, but the staff at the reception is not so friendly to tourists.Besides that nonsmoking rooms are the smallest room that I ever seen 😣

No WiFi in rooms. They give you a ridiculously long code so you have internet access in the lobby. Stay away.

Wishy washy customer service, witnessed a friend almost bullied around by a rude front desk officer and an undiscerning manager. Thankfully we stepped in and were able go stopit. Not coming back here.

Otel çok merkezi ve odaları çok ferah. Tek kötü yanı, ön tarafa bakan odalarda, tüm sokağın gürültüsü içerde.

Un bel hotel, molto classico. Camere spaziose e pulite che vengono rifatte ogni giorno. Eccellente colazione molto abbondante. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dalla gran place e dalla metro.

Расположение хорошее, но номера очень бедные. Когда перестал работать Wi-Fi, по телефону сказали, что не будут ничего делать, пока я не спущусь на reception. Сойдёт, если нужно просто переночевать

Ottimo Hotel, a due passi dalla Grand Place. Vicino ci sono anche molti locali per mangiare bene a prezzi convenienti.

Ubicación excelente. Conseguimos una oferta por Booking de 60€ la noche y le da mil vueltas a cualquier 4* de otro país. Eso sí, la decoración es antigua más bien para ejecutivos.

No es un mal hotel pero se empieza a quedar viejito. Los baños necesitan una renovación, el resto de la habitación típica y pasable. Bastante cómodo.Desayuno Justito, podría tener más variedad. 5,5/10
