The hotel is nice, rooms are small and the air conditioning is off this time of year, but it is HOT outside. However, it is very close to everything.

The beds are too hard, pillows too small. Overprised for the quality of the room and amenities. However, great location near Brussels Central train station

So, will try to explain... the stuff is perfect. But that’s all. Hotel is old, dust is everywhere, except for the fact we have a suite) baby’s cod is good, but no sheets change even in the cod((

Old tv, wifi keeps disconnecting, breakfast extremely overpriced. However the staff is very friendly and the location is great.

Free super slow wifi.. the water pression is horrible, the bathroom doesn't smell good and the staff lost all theirs smiles

Hotel room is just fine. There is a capsule coffee mashine and water boiler for tea. Breakfast is amazing. Delicious pastries, different cheese sorts, marmalade and many more. Fresh fruits

Beds are hard as a rock, pillows are way too small and the bathroom is designed in an odd way that gives you absolutely no counter space. Would not stay here ever again. Very disappointed.

Free wifi in the lobby. Just ask the front desk for a 30-min pass.

Ne pensez pas pouvoir faire un enregistrement le matin de votre arrivée, même si indiqué dans vos commentaires lors de la réservation car ils vont vous faire attendre ds le lobby jusqu'à 15h pareil!
