My gym for 13 years, I'll be sad to say goodbye to it when I leave London in a few weeks! Fantastic range of free and machine weights, everything you could want.. friendly staff and members too. .

Brilliant gym, super friendly staff in a unpretentious atmosphere. Bonus of hot guys to keep you motivated while you work out.

Good selection of free weights, machines, cardio and a studio for stretching, classes, trainers, etc. Friendly staff and good value-for-money if you pay monthly by standing order.

Friendly staff, lots of weights whenever needed, music can be a bit monotonous at time but sometime that is broken by the sound of the fridge being opened (LOL)

The equipment is a bit antiquated, but there's lots of it and the staff couldn't be nicer.

Protein sale on now (whey etc)...you earn points that can be used for guest passes. Friendly staff - good for workout after stressful day
