Ask for a staff member called Will he was just so helpful to our family. Patient, knowledgable and inclusive of all family including 6 year old . Excellent service top marks for this employee.
As ever the store was ram packed with customers but I was helped very quickly by James Tyler who helped me thru what I needed and showed alternative products as well, well done Apple Westfield.

It's quieter and friendlier here than at Regent Street or Covent Garden, but there's still loads of kids running around using the demo units to play games and check Facebook. Annoyance.
Incredibly bad repair service. Left a MacBook Pro there to have a faulty screen replaced. replacement screen badly installed with wires hanging out the hinge. underside of case was dented by a clamp.
Did you know: There is a guy in California that sets the Playslists for EVERY Apple Store all over the world. The music they play in Westfield is the Music they are playing Cali and Worldwide (True)
I did not have the opportunity to visit this shop. I could not find it in the mall. It looks like a labyrinth. No maps, just some screens to help you go by, which were not working properly. :-(
Personally I found it tough to get served - too few staff... Unconventionally is good but struggling to get served is wrong. Sorry Apple could do better guys.
