First time back since the rebrand (used to be Bikram Yoga NYC) and it’s awesome! Very clean and super nice staff. You’ll leave without a toxin in your body- Best and cleanest hot yoga studio in NYC. All of the instructors are great especially for first timers, if you want the heat x10 go to Melissa's class on Tuesday night.
Summer S. is a master instructor, motivator and nurturer. Besides for her making us sing "happy birthday"during Trikanasana,she has gotten me through the most challenging (heat wise) and hardest days.- Yo newbies: make sure you get set up by the door your first couple of classes. Also, Blayne is my favorite! But all the instructors are awesome and super welcoming!

Jordan FApril 20, 2013So spacious for a yoga studio in NYC. One of the only locker rooms that didn't feel like a naked version of Frogger.
Take class with Maja or Regina; I always learn from them & get something new from my practice.
Great place to score...I mean meet really sweet lovely respectable people.
