Love watching movies. Especially with my Premium Unlimited card. But walking through 'Trocadero' is like jumping back in time. Come on guys. This was last renovated 20 odd years ago. Do something!

Get an Unlimited Card and see as many films as you like for just £17.99 per month - 2 visits to Cineworld and it pays for itself. Perfect for all-day movie marathon sessions.

The Trocadero Centre was lovely when if first opened. It is now decrepit and disgusting and unfortunately so is this cinema

There are far nicer cinemas in the West End and some charge less for early screenings eg Empire and Apollo. If you want to pay top whack for a crappy suburban style multiplex this is your place

Disabled access by side of building between The Ripley's building and the Trocadero, ring the bell or call 020 7434 0032

With the unlimited card you only pay £18/month and then it's for free. Love it!!!

Toilets are disgusting. The chairs are almost at the same level, which makes it easy for someone sitting in the 2 or 3 rows in front of you to obscure half of the screen.

Do not panic if you are running late for the show. It does not begin without 20 mins of trailers of new releases. But if you want to grab the best seats hurry up the escalator.

The least charming out of all the available cinemas in the west end. The concession stands always look very bleak. Food is too expensive to buy! They don't do student discounts.

Screens 1 & 2 are the biggest, rest are small. Always big queues on Friday and Saturday and there is a maximum of only 3 tills so leave extra time!

Pretty shabby and the lights in the Ladies barely work. Seats are comfy though.

Difficult to find it if entering from the Trocadero, better use the entrance on Shaftesbury Avenue

Worst maintained cineworld I know of. Screen 2 has had a dark projection and broken right speakers for years now. Also lots of people talk through the films.
