Having worked for this franchise for years, I can tell you this store is in violation of several Wendy's policies. 1) waited 8 minutes at register to order and was never greeted even Keisha arrived.
2) service was abrasive. 3) cashier claimed the 10 we paid with was a five, despite our firm statement to the contrary. So (Keisha) she was argumentative.
No greeting or help at the register. The cashier took my order wrong, overcharged me and then ARGUED that I said something different. I get blank stares in return. Manager fixed the problem.
