An off the beaten path fashionableneighborhood that has plenty of shopping, dining, nightlife & scenic walking opportunities. I'm a little partial to all of the coffee shops there are! A must visit.

What a nice park. A gated area around the playground, big fields for outdoor games, a fountain w/flowers around&benches for relaxing/reading, chess/checkers tables, picnic tables. Good job.
I remember the good old days of open air drug markets and gang wars... That was before that hipster John Cusack attracted MTV's The Real World here to gentrify the area.
