    Recommended for anyone wanting a good workout at their own pace. Lots of "stair stepping". Beautiful surroundings leading down to water's edge of White River. Very busy on weekends!

    Perfect place for a walk, hike, cookout, or event. Lots of trails going up and down elevation, and plenty of regular paved walking paths. Good size for being inside the city.

    The trail bout killed me. Don't recommend it for overweight & out of shape people. The scenery is gorgeous! I will conquer the trail again!
