Thats my best ralph's in santa monica because it is open until 2am
There's a little known "day-old" set of double-shelves right beyond the swinging doors towards the back wall. It's also near where the restrooms are. (oh, and fyi, I *will* be mayor..)
Check out with Frank after 9PM, he has free candy (supposedly spends $60 a month on for us customers).
