    One of the most energy efficient buildings in NYC. It has interesting lobby, and of course it is designed by Sir Norman Foster, his signature style is evident on the outside.

    The Hearst building really is one of the most spectacular lobbies in New York. A waterfall, not to mention sharply dressed security guards.

    You can only get into the lobby but it's awe-inspiring. Lobby guards give you a "verbal tour" as you enjoy the interior design and the spectacular indoor waterfall that uses recycled rainwater.
