The menu changes daily, but if it's there surly try the black and blue NY strip steak. Don't forget to substitute brussels sprouts for asparagus!

Love this place. It’s a Manhattan-like neighborhood (few tourists) cafe — with commendable food. The wine selection is appealing. Service is steady. This is Chicago's premier café/coffee house, and one of Chicago's original "Coffee House Revolution" cafés. It's a great piece of Chicago history with a quality-forward menu. Don't miss it.
