I have been attending Ernesto's class off and on again for the last 8 years! This place is fantastic! My friend and I have even gotten our husbands to come w us now! Great workout!!
Courtney MillerOctober 19, 2012The Your Hot Body class is the best! If you've never tried hit yoga before, this is the place to go! Hot Body Express is the same, but 60 minutes instead of 90.- Ernesto does have pilates classes that will leave you hurting! Ball classes are more challenging than straps but both are challenging and fun!
