- Peggy ChungMay 30, 2014I love this place. Have been here four or five times now? Great hot food selection, full bar (wines, prosecco, liquor) and snacks. You can also take a shower and read the Economist or Conde Nast.
- George KyriakosJune 3, 2012English breakfast option is the most prominent, but continental breakfast is just a corner away, 'hidden' next to the work area with the computers! Great food, freat drinks, great space, great people!
- Gregg HagenApril 22, 2013Best whiskey selection in the first class lounge out of any star alliance lounge I've been to. Well done Air NZ
- Good selection of magazines and high-speed WIFI. Also most people don't know about the second bar hidden in the far right corner, so check it out!
- Agust BeaumontAugust 24, 2013The Star Alliance Carriers have truly made a lounge they can be proud of. One of the better lounges in Europe apart perhaps of the Swiss lounges in Zürich.
- fabian roosensApril 12, 2013Fairly big lounge but very busy at times. Food and drinks selection is good. Great wifi. The main draw for me was the uncomfortness of the seats (especially if you are here for a few hours).
- Lane LileyApril 26, 2013Something I did not know is that 1k members are allowed in the lounge. This is great. What is interesting is that if I am in the us (and I am a united member) that I am not allowed in the club at all
- ᴡᴡᴡ.Dafimart.18sexy.xyz MakAugust 27, 2011Bacon sandwiches have now been replaced by a "full" English breakfast. As long as you get it hot out of the chicken it's alright... Otherwise... Blah! Also fruit, yoghurt and cereals!
- Ken TooleFebruary 19, 2011Very decent breakfast both hotties and some nice pastries. Two espresso machines and best of all you can be your own bar tender with a good selection of spirits.
- Joris EversMarch 24, 2012Nice hot soup, good chips selection on the bar. Much better than standard lounges found in AMS or any of the United Clubs.
- Kilson CavalcanteSeptember 10, 2012Really nice lounge! Very spacious and offering a good selection of food, drinks, newspapers and magazines.
- Jan GleitsmannJune 29, 2014Nice lounge. At least around 7am. Good breakfast. For sure worth the little walk.
- Max ClementsMarch 23, 2012Food is really good, best star alliance lounge I have been to - no outlets though!! Seriously all Arline lounges suffer from this...
- Have been coming to this lounge for ages and never realized there's more food around the corner. (as you're facing main food, go right and around the corner.)
- Robert ParkerSeptember 23, 2013A completely respectable lounge with hot food. Like most European lounges, free but overburdened / utterly worthless, wifi.
- Reasonable food, wide selection of drinks, free wifi. Does the job, as a lounge.
- Worth stopping off for the food. Great selection then head over to BMI lounge which has a better drinks list and more space.
- LloydOctober 27, 2013Average lounge. Typical finger snacks (fruits, cakes, sandwich). Small beverage choices. Comfortable.
- John WildesMay 31, 2012Plenty of outlets, you just need to be socially adjusted to sit next to someone else and use them. Cold drinks are sparse...
- Yosuke VhAugust 8, 2011There is a children's play area in the back. Great for entertaining the very little ones.
- There at lunch time? They served amazing red curry chicken and Indian sides. Yum
- Paul EdwardsMay 25, 2013If you want a variety of food, DON'T stop here. Good for a chair, free drinks and bacon and toast, but that's about it.
- Dave McCullochFebruary 21, 2011Best lounge ever. Lots of places to slit, free beer and goodies and showers, too.
- Nick PowerMarch 29, 2013Vile lounge once you have experienced the virgin Atlantic clubhouse NOTHING compares
- David LowyAugust 15, 2013Even if you have a United Club membership, you have to be flying a Star Alliance flight the same day, else they will not allow access. Even if your flight is codeshare.
- Bart LapersSeptember 7, 2012Excellent food options, too bad I wasted £20 on breakfast @giraffetweet before checking this *A G lounge!
- MichaelFebruary 4, 2013Poor quality. Most chairs have arms so high they are too narrow to use a laptop in. Too few outlets. Generally unimpressive look to it. Decent savory breakfast, tho no eggs.
- Miguel AlvesJune 4, 2014No Music... Why A Start Alliance Lounge Doesn't Have A Nice Chill Music? No WiFi, they Blame it on Heathrow Airport Management. Everyone pushes to the next one. Well Done London!!!
- CatNovember 21, 2012Don't go in the shower room without a tag or notify staff as they will unlock your bathroom door without even knocking! Applauding! One of the worst lounges I have been in terms of service
- Andy PapakyprianouSeptember 7, 2011As lounges go, it's not actually that good......the food/snack options are pretty rubbish. You's expect better from Star Alliance at Heathrow....
- Gold card star alliance members can use regardless of what flight you on. Just leave time to get to your gate.
- Matias PMarch 9, 2010This is the best lounge I have ever been on in terms of quality and quantity of food.
- Jen Pollack BiancoOctober 24, 2013Not many healthy breakfast items, but full up on beans on toast and other Brit essentials.
- SeldenizOctober 12, 2014Under my expactations...:// Beyond comparisation with Thy lounge in İstanbul Atatürk Airport
