Some guidelines (should be rules) I made up: #1 Don't do bicep curls in the squat rack/power rack, #2 In the locker room you must never be 100% naked (anywhere actually), #3 Re-rack your weights,ty
Perfect location, wish they supplied towels like other locations, get handles for the battle ropes (for those of us with small hands), and offered water aerobics.
They got new stairmasters n treadmills equipment ...way to go for the upgrade!
Really nice pool area here, very big and nice wide lanes that can be shared- How to spot a scumbag steve: look for the guy who leaves their weights everywhere. If I know you and you do this, LOSE MY NUMBER!!1!one!!

They have great personal trainer specials! Grab them while they are promoting!- Early morning Staff is great...They make sure everything is working!

Try the body pump class if you want to do weights but don't know where to start
- C'mon ppl, leave alone the guys that keep the gym clean...They're doing their job!
O and they have a crack head they let rollerblade through the gym BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!
Ill never understand why people want to park so close to the gym entrance... its a gym "exercise"...
Great gym, just wish everybody would leave there cell phone in their car. Shut up and train.
- The turbo kick boxing class is standing room only. :(
Over 2 months and they still don't have a scale that works here
