Roy is one of the best trainers I've experienced in the city - and he plays the Kinks in class for me because he knows I love them! Hope he's sticking around with the recent Crunch takeover...- Best spin instructors IMO: John F./Sundays, Jeanette/Tuesdays & Shari G./Wed. & Thur.
The wifi password is "getripped". (The service is a little spotty though)

Ballet w/ Irini is my fave. Nothing says work out more than fogged up mirrors.
Zumba instructor just never showed up. Apparently this is the 2nd week this happened.. Very disappointed. This would have been my first Zumba class.
They gave me attitude when I told them I was going to cancel my membership... Thanks god I am bitcher
Unfriendly staff, or more specifically the front desk chick. That's why I didn't sign up for another month.
