Cozy and welcoming yoga studio in the midst of Hell's Kitchen. Great space, sweet staff and instructors, comprehensive instruction for practicers at any level - all have kept me coming back for more.
The most loving studio I could have hoped to find- and right in my neighborhood. Emiliya on Mondays at 6 will change your life- and Lisa Benner is a real life goddess!
Some of the best instructors and classes in the city. If you are looking for difficult or relaxing, they have it all!

At Sonic, it's not just yoga, it's therapy. The teachers are amazing, Johanna, Keith, Jeffrey especially.
