Clifford at the service desk is great. If you lost your USB cord, he has a box of cords from people's old phones in the back. No charge.

Girl who "helped" me was useless. Went in for help after the terrible Droid update & she said people are always upset whenever there's an update & that Verizon isn't going to do anything about it.
