Angry, rude staff and really mean and nasty security guards with not a compassionate bone! At least the residents were really responsive and communicative!
1. Wash your hands when they are dirty & BEFORE eating 2. DON'T cough into your hands 3. DON'T sneeze into your hands 4. Above all, DON'T put your fingers into your eyes, nose or mouth.
