This is my place, I love this location. So clean, sweet people. However, most of the cardio equipment needs serious attention! Be careful and don't be afraid to swap treadmills 4 times. I get it.
great location in Bay Ridge - friendly staff and awesome equipment. been coming here since it first opened. however, beware of the new years resolution goers and meatheads; re-rack your shit!- Come early in the morning if you want to use the machines with barely any wait time. Super friendly staff and always clean. Haven't met a rude person yet
The pulley/cable machine is always busy...watch it like a hawk if you need it. Some people will be nice and switch out. Not many though lol.
Brian, trainer, ROCKS! He really pushes you. It's a love-hate relationship. Just like it should be with your trainer. If you like your trainer during your workout, they aren't pushing hard enough!

If you can beat the rush, the equipment is relatively uncrowded and pretty well maintained. Only one power rack for weightlifting though.
Don't leave all of your stuff on a machine your not using there is a locker room for that- There's only one cable machine - beware of machine hogs who do not know how to share machines with members
Annette's body conditioning class on Saturdays is pretty damn good. I miss her Sunday circuit class- will never understand why they cut it!
