The General Manager Sam is awesome and a serious about customer service...have an concern or question ask for Sam the manager!
Try ordering a "Collision" - it's a Big Wreck with double-meat and double-cheese ("two Wrecks on one bun")!
I've never gotten a salad here that didn't contain a rogue ingredient. Stray cranberry, bacon bit, sudden hunk of tuna...vegetarians beware!
