Wonderful food, excellent service, spectacular view; a bit pricey but we had a 20% discount with our Shakespeare tickets, so it turned out to be very reasonable.
King crab and calamari were delicious with the roasted veg and potato gratin. It's overpriced though and thought the service could be a little more special.
The view is beautiful and the location makes it a good place to dine before attending a show at the Chicago ShakespeareTheater. However, the seafood is mediocre and overpriced.
An experience best left for the visiting crowds. Maybe this was just a one time thing, but we had customer service and the food wasn't worth it. However, the pineapple upside down ... amazing.
Terrible service. Went in for $1 oysters & were ignored. Asked for someone twice, waited 20 minutes & finally left. We told the server we were leaving & he couldn't have cared less. Steer clear.
THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE. Before I had left (paid in cash and hadn't left a tip yet) the server called me out in front of the entire place for not leaving a tip. Humiliating.
