Everyone says it but seriously. Get the #25 dry, large, with wide egg noodles. Best you can get outside of Asia. Also, byob. Yum!

Can't go wrong with #25 dry or #33 pork chop (thin sliced pork chop slowly cook like how they do it in Vietnam), egg, shredded pork over broken rice. Call and order in advance.

the noodles are chewy and the sauce for dry noodles is really good. BUT if you don't speak Vietnamese, you're gonna have a hard time

Tasty pho! Clean too. I felt that they skimped on the meat a bit though. Will try a couple more times.

Try the bun bo hue special on Fridays and Saturdays, and the bun rieu special on Tuesdays and Wednesdays -- both are equally delicious.

Apparently, they are no longer serving bún bò huế on Fridays or any time. If I understood correctly, the cook who made this left a few months ago. :-(
