Has a ton of items a reg. supermarket doesn't - a dozen different oils, sweet potato flour, great fruit & veg. Section. + organic section, lots of gluten-free products...just great all around

Fresh fruit and veggies at an ever expanding market (look out neighboring stores), with decent prices.- I love their organic section: variety of healthy foods there. Kale chips are one of my favorites!
For the best selection of meats, get there early! Everything is always fresh and sells out quickly.- Excellent fruit! Strawberries are always sweet & good quality.
We shop here all the time for organic products for our events. They give free fruit to loyal customers and the staff is so helpful.
BrianJuly 9, 2010Pick up the white rasberries in season (May-Aug.) The white coloration is designed to keep them a little more tart than red ones.
You need nutritional yeast and you're in Forest Hills. You need anything really that will never see the light of day at Key Foods or C-Town
