The Sake Garden cocktail is great. Be careful as you can easily drink several before you know it! The five-spice chocolate soufflé dessert is delicious. Different textures and tastes really make this an amazing dish to eat as every bite is unique in some way.

Try chef's grandmother's recipe, Kaisen Gyoza (sea bass and scallop). You won't be disappointed!

The Skirt Steak is to die for!! It's juicy, tender, flavorful, and topped with fresh hazelnuts. Amazing!
