Thrifty's shuttle comes by more often and is next door...take the Thrifty shuttle.

Give employees a break, they're trying as hard as they can. A big thanks to Ihab. The system was down, lines backing up and he still got us in and out within 25minutes; manually with pen and paper!
TomOctober 3, 2016I was satisfied with the service. Got little bit upselled with liability coverage but got free upgrade from Charger to Challenger. Staff was nice and car return was without delays and problems.

Tim SchmittJanuary 14, 2010Fox shuttle doesn't come as often as the other rental car shuttles from LAX. Don't be scared, just be patient. Make sure you are at the Purple Rental Car Shuttle bus pickup area outside baggage claim

Phil KatesSeptember 30, 2016Abolutely nothing. There's no AC in line. The shuttle took 30 minutes to show up and waiting at the counter took about an hour. Get some automatic kiosks or hire more people or something.

Robin ZSeptember 4, 2015Good price for the car but overall the worst rental car experience I've had. Extra fees were charged after the fact, the car made weird noises and didn't even have any wiper fluid! Will not be back.

I think these employees intentionally make you wait. The lines are always long for no reason. I saw an employee pause after a customer to dig in her purse... For 4 mins. Meanwhile 15 people in line.
