My coworkers and I come here for the subs and salads all the time. The sandwiches are great and seriously inexpensive. They have great olive oil and wine if you are having a get together.
Only place in DC where you can get a real actual Italian sanguich.. real Italian food- great selection of olive oils, wines, and other authentic Italian pastas and foods.

Alex OrrNovember 14, 2015Cool grocery, but The vaunted sandwich was underwhelming. Lots of flavorless bread and a little bit of meat. Maybe the meat was great, but I couldn't really taste it. At least it was cheap.- They now offer an excellent selection of Italian amaro
