Edward DelfinoSeptember 15, 2018Very large store with decent prices. Salespeople were very friendly, but the store is kinda hidden inside this mall that doesn’t have any signs indicating where the heck it’s located.
There's way too much here and I only come when I really need something -- TV, stereo, etc. Today was the first time an employee came up to me to help. A first!
No public restrooms. They have restrooms, but unlike most locations, this one won't let customers use them AT ALL. Got told to go upstairs to Target. That's fine, I can buy what I need at Target too.

why Best Buy do not care about customer service? their staff treat people like rat, that was the treatment I received from "Nancy" in pick up Store, I feel so frustrated, never should buy here!
