Double Story Starbucks! What's good, you can sit outside on the second level balcony and look down Rush Street! Also serve wine and beer and they have original art work!
Kathryn is the Assistant Manager. She is excellent at setting a sterling example for how customers are to be treated. She is a delight. And she cares about the quality of each customer's experience.- Patrick is the upstairs manager. His team is particularly skilled for addressing this neighborhood's expectations of hospitality providers. In other words, they know how to have fun by doing it right.

RosieNovember 22, 2018Coffee was amazing! First time trying the Reserve on the second floor. Quiet space for remote working.- Second floor cafe is exceptionally pleasant during evening hours. Fireplace and dim lighting add ambiance. Oh, service, coffees, wines and food are tops. Enjoy!
Baristas on top floor are awesm, very attentive & seem to like their jobs; hypothesize this construction enables self-selection: top floor for ppl staying longer, street level for in/outers

The upstairs lounge has a manual espresso machine. The only other store offering this experience is the original location in Seattle!
DankoAugust 22, 2014Atmosphere and lots of seating and space. Even has an outdoor balcony over looking the street. Plus they serve wine in addition to the normal things.
Even by Starbucks lofty standards, the baristas here are great...friendly, quick, and welcoming.
If you are sitting next to the fireplace and you get too hot, the button to turn it off is on the left.

Love this new location! Beautifully done !! And EMILY is my fav Barista here. Always so pleasant :)

Beautiful Starbucks, friendly staff! I wish the Starbucks in Manhattan were more like this.

Large coffee shop in town in great neighborhood. If u are not coffee drinker, try green tea latte :-)

This Starbucks has taken customer service to a new level in the coffee shops.
