If you get helped by Mia or Chelsea, your in luck! Two of the nicest baristas ever!- Great location and convenient to the Grove and Farmer’s Market. However, since it’s always busy, the place is ALWAYS a mess.

Power strip in communal table is finicky. But you can get it to work! Staff is cool!

Finally felt like I found an LA Starbucks with very nice Seattle-type baristas. Yeah!!
Personally, make sure to go to a guy who's available in the cash register to get your order. They give less attitude. xx
- Pretty bad customer service here most of the time now. It used to be good but something has changed. Now, I you ask for anything, they roll their eyes at you and are rude.

This place has horrible customer service... If you like being treated like crap for a cup of coffee, then you are in the right place
