South Beach Art Deco, but poorly done for such an expensive rate, especially compared to "true design hotel" like in Spain. Pluses, comfy bed, in Polanco District, access top designers & restaurants.

The hotel is unable to provide a second key for your room. So if one of you go out and the other stays in - cross your fingers that they hear you knocking!

Good Food and comfy bed. Service is either excellent or so bad. Room 38 was very noisy, thin walls. sauna was not working the whole week and pool dirty. Definitely NOT leading hotel of the world.

Worst experience ever! They changed twice our room (wc liking and a/c not working) to give us a third room with cigarette smell! When we wanted to leave they gave us an upgrade.

Unbelievable, almost 1 hr waiting for my car, the parking office depending on one external person. Extremely expensive for what you get. TV sucks, not working properly.

Puedes usar el jacuzzi, el gym y la alberca con consumo. A veces la alberca tiene el agua muy fría pero en el jacuzzi la pasas genial.

El Sábado pasado por la noche había DJ, me dieron mesa muy rápido, mi mesero me dijo "flaco", mi pomo muy rico, mi habitación normal, nunca había comido en el bufete y nunca lo vuelvo a hacer. FIN.

Las habitaciones están mejor en el CondesaDF, el desayuno (bufete) consiste en fruta, cereal, panes, quesos y carnes frías; el bar tiene buen diseño al igual que el rato del hotel.

Todo bajo control, muy buen ambiente y gente cool, el detalles es que los meseros, como en muchos lugares, te exigen la propina que ellos quieren y si no, te llevas una muy mala cara.

Habitaciones mini y precios gigantescos sin justificación. El personal es indiferente y el ruido que hay en los pasillos no deja dormir. Lo único bueno es la terraza pero definitivamente no regreso.
