- Toriuchi SanchanDecember 26, 2012The under ground pathway in the south gate is connecting till the shinjuku station, good choice if you re walking in the raining, the bus terminal for inter city also close from here
- Great base when in Tokyo...very near the train station and lots of awesome restos in the area. Book the Premier room, worth the extra spend....
- 𝙻𝚒𝚕𝚒á𝚗𝚊 ✨November 7, 2019Perfect location, big rooms with great view over mt Fuji. The building has many breakfast choices. It’s a big hotel so very busy all times but it’s in the best area. Use their airport shuttle bus.
- Roy ArmanJanuary 8, 2016Luxe room is good, clean and I guess newly renovated. Wifi is good, so many options for good restaurants at 2F Or 7F. Concierge staff is very helpful. Good access to many places as it close to Station
- Wifi in rooms, excellent service, lots of English spoken, pricey food but I was at the conbini a LOT. Near everything, including Shinjuku station. Had a view of Mt. Fuji for two weeks.
- Stanley JonathanMarch 23, 2013You can get a free wifi adaptor for free (optional) also, it had a really strategic location perfect for shopping, etc.
- Sim TJFebruary 18, 2015Nice hotel with fantastic service. Rooms are clean, great variety of breakfast. Location however is a bit out of the way compared to hotels in Shinjuku.
- Po Chu LamSeptember 6, 2017Great location, good value for money, large room. Don't bother with their afternoon tea, can get better ones nearby.
- Free and stable wifi. Clean rooms and 5 mins walk from station. Service was great too and has shuttle bus service (paid) from hotel door to both airports
- Jeff ChenOctober 9, 2014Great service, good view to Tokyo metropolitan area. Close to Shinjuku station. Nice hotel
- MouzaMarch 11, 2017Good location 5 mins walk from shinjuku station. Rooms are average and good price
- Vincent TanDecember 28, 2014This place is huge! The sake bar in the basement is pretty decent. Serves courses with the sake.
- Luxurious hotel with a 5star standard but 2 points brings it down.1 is this hotel does not have a large stand ironingboard. It only supplys a mini small board.Other is Aircon control n air in winter.
- @WeHeartHawaiiMarch 24, 2013Bring your own router here or if you're traveling in Japan. Most Hotels have hard wires but not wifi in the rooms and if they do, it may not be free.
- Swimming pool costs 2000¥ for guests and there is no sun already after 2pm due to surrounding skyscrapers. Wifi is free and works good in the rooms but doesnt work in the swimming pool.
- Jim CrawfordOctober 25, 2013Excellent hotel with attentive staff, clean rooms, and overall great service!
- Larry PikeJanuary 6, 2015Room is a bit worn and smell in the south tower. Great size and locarion for Tokyp thouhh
- Have a 'spring egg' in the breakfast. It melts in your mouth! At dinner, watch out: restaurants are pricey.
- Only downside was a very rude waiter n manager which my friend encountered at the jurin restaurant. I love d breakfast at glass court the most, out of the 3 restaurant available on the b'fast coupons
- Melissa DuffyJune 13, 2016Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. They will print you directions when you are trying to go somewhere
- Nikhil CApril 10, 2019Absolutely the worst hotel experience in Japan so far. Lacked the hospitality and courtneousness typically seen in other hotels. An average buffet and very expensive
- M. R.April 21, 2011This four-star hotel used to be the Intercontinental in another life, but still manages to attract many foreign tourists. English is spoken well, but there are better hotel values out there!
- MassimoNovember 13, 2010Beautiful room and services. Incomparable sight from my room on the 25th floor.
- ParachutekidsApril 14, 2012Wifi Router "Rental" available hotel guest at front desk. Call from room. Dial 4 to reception
- Angelito MontesSeptember 28, 2010My home inTokyo easily access to the station, room is comparably big
- Enjoyed my stay @ Keio plaza hotel 15 nov->22 nov 2010. The hotel's room keeping is fabulous, staffs at the cashier counter speaks decent English.
