W ASeptember 1, 2014The location, facilities, concierge, staff, food, and proximity from key areas such as Roppongi, Akasaka, and Shibuya. Metro station is 10 seconds away.
Centrally located and plush. Best for corporates since most of the happening places are nearby. The hotel has great staff who is ever helpful and impeccable room service.
Great service in this IGH x ANA hotel. Breakfast can be expensive but the Pierre Gagnaire bakery in the lobby is a great option. The shoeshine gentleman will make miracles with any shoes.

Get a room with club level access for free access to the gym, breakfast, happy hour drinks and food, and a larger room.
Convenient location and walking distance to Roppongi and Akasaka.
Hotel gym on 6th floor not too bad. Bikes, treadmills, weights, and a couple machines. Very clean.
The lounge between 530-7 has incredible food and views
