Beautiful lobby, amazing scenery all-over! The rooms are spacious, with quite old furniture though! Very well-trained & friendly staff!!! Excellent location, next to BTS "Rajadamri".

Excellent service in a well-kept older hotel brimming with character. Look for Nimit the concierge, he will take good care of you.

Rooms overlook other buildings or the train tracks. Maybe that's why the room rates are cheaper than FS in other cities.

This is the worst Four Seasons in the world. Had ordered EarlGreyTini but you brought me Earl Grey Tea AT MIDNIGHT! I had paid you with Credit and Debit Cards but you came back with NOF*CKING SIGNAL!

Don't ever ever tried this travel agency. [Amazing Grand Thai Travel Limited Partnership] Said that will pick up at 6:45pm but After we pay the money they didn't appear whole morning!!!

been doing events 4 more than 10 yrs & this is 1 of those hotel who is difficult to work with. Not happy with the Sales Manager for Banquet & Conference who is not so event organizer friendly.
