Elise ❥December 17, 2015Location is great. Just opposite the road from Raffle's Shopping Mall & City Hall MRT station. Also right opposite Chjimes where there are many restaurants, bars and cafes.
Great location! Walk to so many sights in Singapore. Raffles Mall right across the street, with many stores & restaurants. Hotel has a great gym with a good selection of free weights

Kate BoykoJuly 27, 2015Perfect location! Stuff was very nice! Room was clean, had iron and iron desk. I had free wifi in the room but certain rooms do not have it. There is a pool, beauty salon and few restaurants inside.

Value for money. Great location, spacey room, clean bathroom in new wing. Will go back here!
Don’t accept xx16 rooms, they are next to the elevator and you can actually feel all 6 swinging up/down all day long

Han KimJuly 10, 2012For KE air crew. Here is no WIFI access in your room. You should bring your own router if you want to enjoy internet in your room. And our crew lounge is room 613 but there is no decal.
Be sure to stay in the premiere wing; it's been renovated and there is wi-fi in the rooms.
The new wing so atas! Can see the bathroom from the need, so kinky! Hehehehe~

Carlton, seriuosly? No wifi in the rooms (it is 2013), extremely noisy rooms, unfriendly staff, rooms need to be renovated, no towels at the pool!

There's a McDonald's located behind the hotel. Just keep left and walk straight.

No free wifi, in fact no wifi in rooms, staff are rude! Rooms good, premier wing better but very cold and difficult to control temp.6/10
